The most flavorful thyme variety. Small, compact plants produce dark green leaves that are strongly scented and great either fresh or dried in a variety of dishes. We find that thyme benefits from a bit of protection in our Wisconsin winters. Covering with a loose mulch like straw after the first frost will help protect the plants and ensure overwintering success.
