- Vigorous plants produce abundant shoots of mini broccoli for many weeks. We love mini broccoli because it is delicious and fast to produce. Stems super sweet and tender- no need to eat only the florets. Shoots are best harvested at least twice a week, especially in warm weather, before the flowers open. Plants will be productive for about 5-6 weeks.
